Pay:

• $45,000-$100,000+

• Commision/ Sliding Scale

Hours:

• Tuesdays-Saturdays
• Part-time and Full-time
• Flexible hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional barbering services to clients of all ages
• Create stylish and unique haircuts tailored to each client's individual preferences
• Offer expert advice on hair care and styling techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Stay up to date on the latest hair trends and techniques

Qualifications:

• Valid Barber license in the state of Massachusetts
• Proven experience working as a Barber in a salon or barbershop setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and precision
• A passion for the beauty and grooming industry
