Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide superior customer service with patients
2. Inventory Control / Shipping & Receiving
3. Clean and Check Hearing Aids
4. Maintain equipment
5. Work with outside vendors
6. Conduct post-fitting orientations and warranty checks
7. Maintain patient files and perform clerical duties and other administrative support functions
8. Assist with phones and scheduling
9. Other back-office duties

Requirements:

1. High school degree or equivalent
2. Proficient in Excel and Word
3. Bi-lingual (Spanish)

Qualifications:

1. 2 years customer service experience

The successful candidate will also possess:

1. A strong work ethic
2. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
3. Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients
4. Work as a team player and be reliable
5. Have superior customer service skills
