Position Overview

The Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) is a 6-9 month training role for individuals with limited electrophysiology (EP) experience. Upon successful completion, the ACAS is promoted to a Clinical Account Specialist (CAS), providing expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and EP lab staff during procedures involving systems like CARTO, software modules, and RF generators within an assigned region. The role aims to meet or exceed business goals.

Responsibilities

• Attend all training sessions without exception.
• Engage with internal and external partners, developing solutions based on dialogue and input.
• Understand the dynamics of an EP lab, including physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrators.
• Prioritize and respond appropriately in high-stress environments.
• Maintain professionalism and problem-solving focus during interactions.
• Respond daily to emails and voicemails.
• Foster collaboration and communication within the team and with partners.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or 2 years of related experience with an Associates degree.
• EP mapping experience or relevant academic/industry background preferred.
• Field of study: Biology, Biochemistry, Cardiac Technology, Engineering, Health Sciences, Data Science, etc.
• Valid U.S. drivers license and willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Ability to maintain advanced clinical and technical knowledge.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $75,000. Eligible for performance bonus and company car. Benefits include health insurance, savings and pension plans, disability, paid time off, and more. Learn more at
