Our client has an immediate need for a corporate associate to join their Des Moines or Cedar Rapids offices. This career opportunity is with a widely respected Iowa firm that specializes in corporate law and commercial litigation. Practice disciplines include corporate transactions, tax, trusts & estates, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, white collar criminal defense, complex litigation, and government investigations among others.
Interested candidates must have 2+ years of substantive corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting. You will join a dynamic team of experienced attorneys that guides businesses and individuals through complex corporate transactions. Attorneys with specific experience in mergers and acquisitions, contracting, and other general corporate matters are encouraged to apply.
We are seeking a motivated problem solver with strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, and a commitment to meeting high standards of excellence for sophisticated clients.
