Job Description
Key responsibilities but not limited to:
*Attending design meeetings with clients and Lead Design Magager or Designer/Owner, keeping detailed notes of discusions and responsible for follow up.
*Report to assigned Designer and Design Manager and act as the liaison with the client. Work with assigned Designer to implement design.
*Assist with developing client presentations and organization of our design library.
*Sourcing fabrics, furnishings, lighting and accessories from various vendors and coordinating/overseeing custom pieces made by our custom workrooms and artisans.
*Maintain and update drawings.
*Pepare detailed AutoCad designs, plans, sketches, and any visual aids for design presentations.
*Create client proposals, track purchase orders, and maintain communication between vendors and clients.
*Physical work (such as moving small furniture, carrying accessories, and running errands) will often be required.
*Assist designers with general clerical support and maintaining social media accounts.
*AutoCAD required
*Excel required
