Job Summary:

Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts and our Housekeeping team is the start of creating that experience of a lifetime for our guests. Responsible for managing daily operations and housekeeping staff, the Executive Housekeeper is a detail-oriented master of hospitality.

  • Outlet: Crested Butte
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Year Round / Full Time
  • The budgeted range starts at $25.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily housekeeping operations and performance including hiring, scheduling, training and developing staff, communication, assignments, budgets, inventory, and record keeping
  • Monitor team performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, including recognition or correction action if necessary
  • Collect data from guest satisfaction surveys to monitor performance and trends as a means for continuous improvement of the department
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure products and services are meeting quality standards
  • Provide excellent service to all guests, responding promptly to any accommodation requests
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred
  • 1-3 years of housekeeping, guest service or hospitality management experience preferred
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English, bilingual a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

 

The expected pay range is $25. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
