We are looking for a fun, energetic, positive, proficient, and teachable individual to assist Project Managers in all aspects of construction project management.

This is an entry level position with excellent growth opportunity. The Project Coordinator will assist in:

• bid solicitation, qualification, and follow up.
• Site documentation and meetings.
• Scheduling and project pipelines.
• Project related clerical work including: contracts, permit submittals, invoicing/pay applications, and cost reports.
• Professional client and subcontractor communication.
• General office support including answering incoming calls.

• Technical skills: Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel. Procore and Bluebeam preferred. 
• Administrative skills: Filing, copying, scanning, etc.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Education and Experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and/or equivalent experience preferred (HS diploma or GED required) 
• Previous construction experience preferred
• Verifiable work history/references demonstrating excellent contributions, skills and integrity required
