We are seeking an experienced and reliable Armed Security Guard to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property. The ideal candidate will have a current armed AZ guard card and be available to work overnights, weekends and holidays.Skills Required:Current AZ Armed Guard CardMust be able to work overnights, days, evenings holidays and weekends.Working cell phone/Reliable transportationMust have experience working truck stops/QT's/ClubsCurrent armed/unarmed AZ guard cardPay is 20.00 per hour.Full time West ValleyWeekly pay and PTO The Armed Security Guard will be responsible for:Patrolling the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.Monitoring and authorizing entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.Answering alarms and investigating disturbancesWriting reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrencesAiding with customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional mannerProviding their own equipment to include weapons.Must be able to stand, walk for long periods of time and lift at least 50lbs.The successful candidate will have a working cell phone and reliable transportation to ensure prompt response to emergencies. The candidate must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
