Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process invoices to customers.
• Work closely with the customer service team to follow up on, collect, and allocate payments received.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices, payment terms, and account discrepancies. Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers.
• Maintain detailed records of all receivable transactions, including invoices, statements, and customer correspondence.
• Generate age analysis reports, perform account reconciliations, and prepare financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Technical proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline oriented.
• Efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborating effectively and work well with other departments and team members.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
