Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Application Production Support (L3) - Charlotte to join their team. As an Application Production Support (L3) - Charlotte, you will be part of the Production Services department supporting critical operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Application Production Support (L3) - Charlotte

Location: Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

• Manage day-to-day operations of the technology platform, ensuring stability and performance.
• Identify potential production failure scenarios, create incident tickets, and communicate effectively with teams.
• Perform troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution of complex issues using advanced technical skills.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines.

What's Needed?

• 10-12 years of experience in production support of Java web applications.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Java and Web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML).
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix OS commands and knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle, PLSQL, and tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Glassbox, Remedy.
• Programming skills in Python, with experience analyzing Java heap and thread dumps.
