An Application Analyst in Cleveland, OH is available courtesy of Akkodis. This position will be onsite 3 days a week in Cleveland. This role is critical to support and optimize the organization’s software applications. Strong troubleshooting skills are needed for this position.

Pay: $98,000 - $120,000

Application Analyst responsibilities are:

· Provide day to day support for core business applications

· Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely support

· Document and track issues, troubleshoot processes and resolutions

· Customize and optimize applications to address user requirements and enhance functionality

· Ensure seamless integration of applications with other systems, supporting workflows

Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree OR years of experience will be considered

· Experience in application support, vendor management and system optimization

· Strong troubleshooting skills

· Experience in requirements gathering, configuration and integration of business applications

· Understanding of data flow interconnectivity between applications
