Responsibilities include optimizing the Oracle APEX environment, evaluating and tuning application performance, implementing new features in Oracle APEX, integrating external services supported by Oracle APEX, connecting with Single Sign-On services using Talan AuthZ, and establishing REST API connections between external services.
