Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward! **The work:** We are seeking an experienced and skilled Oracle APEX Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications on the Oracle APEX platform. This role requires strong expertise in APEX low-code development, PL/SQL programming, and system integration. The ideal candidate is a technical leader who can balance declarative APEX features with custom coding, when necessary, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. **Here's what you need:** + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) + 2+ years of experience developing applications with Oracle APEX + Strong PL/SQL programming skills with experience writing complex packages, triggers, and procedures + Advanced knowledge of SQL query optimization and database performance tuning + Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) to extend APEX applications + Experience integrating APEX with REST/SOAP APIs and other enterprise systems + Strong understanding of application security within Oracle APEX **Eligibility Requirements:** US Citizen As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of **California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,** **Massachusetts,** **Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland** .
