As an Affordable Housing Apartment Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our affordable housing properties. Your primary focus will be to ensure the well-being of our residents, maintain high occupancy rates, and ensure the smooth operation of our office and efficient management of our property.

The Affordable Housing Apartment Property Manager ensures the property is complying with all relevant leasing compliance requirements in addition to enforcing internal resident policies.

1. Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
2. Leasing and Marketing: Advertise available units, conduct property tours, and manage the leasing process to maintain high occupancy rates.
3. Financial Management: Monitor and manage property budgets, rent collection, and expenses to ensure financial stability.
4. Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring the property is well-maintained and in compliance with regulations.
5. Compliance: Stay informed about affordable housing regulations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws.
6. Community Engagement: Organize community events, workshops, and activities to enhance the sense of community among residents.
7. Remote Property Management: Manage leasing and compliance of remote properties.
