Locums CRNA - Spokane, WA Coverage Need

• Coverage Type: No Call
• Facility will accept multiple providers
Position Details
• Location: Spokane, WA
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Admissions Required: No
• EMR System: Epic
• High-volume, high-acuity, fast-paced surgical program
• Providers will be busy with procedures
Shift & Scheduling
• Minimum 3 shifts per week (8-12 hour shifts, based on scheduled procedures)
• Flexible scheduling allowed, but must be available every week
• No week on/week off or piecemeal schedules
• Ongoing availability preferred (6+ months)
• OT applied after 40-hour workweek (not after 8-hour day)
• No guaranteed hours
Submissions Requirements
• Facility requires CRNAs to be board certified
• Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS
• Fellowship: 1
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Skill Requirements
• General Anesthesia: Adult, Pediatric (Required); Neonatal (Preferred)
• Spinal Anesthesia: Required
• Neurosurgical Cases (Head, Spine): Required
• Complex Vascular Cases, Complex Orthopedic Cases: Preferred
• Arterial Line Placement: Preferred
Additional Details
• Lodging: Providence has contracted rates at the Davenport ($3,600/month for long-term housing)
• Insurance provided by vendor
