COUNTRY Financial is seeking an experienced and innovative Agile Coach to join our dedicated team. How does this role make an impact?- Educates and implements Agile best practices, partnering with leadership to integrate Agile business solutions for operational process improvements.
- Identifies methods to improve understanding of Agile and provides training on Agile framework, methodologies, standards and processes.
- Guides and mentors teams by increasing collaboration, innovation and introducing techniques that promote adaptability and flexibility.
- Applies knowledge of Agile principles in process improvement and conflict management.
- Ensures consistency in the application of Agile practices and measures success of Agile implementation and transformation.
Do you have what we're looking for?- SAFe Practice Consultant Certification (SPC) is required.
- Experience with Rally is preferred.
- Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
Base Pay Range: $94,000-$129,250
The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay: In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
