Inpatient Psychiatrist - Crisis Unit

Our Client is a growing non-profit behavioral health organization based in Oak Ridge, TN that offers its employees the support and understanding you would expect from top-rated management.

The Company: Our Client consists of a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Licensed Therapists who specialize in treating adults and children with behavioral health conditions or mental health disorders.

The Position : Our Client is looking for a Psychiatrist

• $225,000 - $270,000 Base Salary
• Health Insurance – 68% of Premium Covered (Effective 1st of The Month After 30 days)
• Vacation Time- Eligible After 90 Days (Accumulate 10 Hours Each Month)
• Basic Life/Accidental Death Insurance – Coverage is 150% of Annual Salary
• Sick Leave - Immediate Eligibility (Accrue 5.33 Hours Each Month)
• Vision / Dental (Effective 1st of The Month After 30 days)
• 8 Paid Holidays – Immediate Eligibility
• 403B Retirement Plan With a 3% Match
• Long Term Disability Benefits

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
• Current Tennessee Medical License Required
• DEA License

Responsibilities:

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient clients
• Supportive medical staff and collaborative team environment
• Family friendly environment that values supportive co-worker relationships
• Professional non-profit accredited by The Joint Commission, certified by Medicare and Medicaid, and licensed by the Tennessee Dept of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services
• It’s a very small inpatient unit – 16 beds and our census is way down right now (6-7). We’d like to get it back to a 10-11 census
• Flexible for a Psychiatrist who is flexible to work inpatient and provide on call coverage on a rotation.
• Part time will be considered
