Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance to Management Assistant and be an active participant in administrative support services to Leadership
Monitor public health email inquiries
Manage memberships and subscriptions as requested.
Assist with travel arrangements and reimbursements as needed
Maintain organizational charts
Compile, edit, and distribute Weekly Reports.
Compile and submit information for Division Weekly
Coordinate scheduling of conference calls and meeting room logistics as needed.
Refer managers and staff to appropriate documents related to State, Department, Division, and Bureau policies.
Participate in quality improvement projects as appropriate.
