A multinational corporation with operations in 15 different countries, this client is responsible for the production, transportation, and marketing of crude oil, bitumen, natural gas, natural gas liquids, and liquefied natural gas.

Job Summary

Seeking an Administrative Assistant role with 3-5 years of experience, adept at providing technical/administrative support, including proficiency in SAP and attaching testing documents. Capable of solving problems independently and making basic decisions to ensure smooth operations.

Job Description

• Provides general administrative support to a department, group of professionals, or individual.
• Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary.
• Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
• Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
• Usually works on generalized routine assignments that do not require a broad knowledge of the corporate organization.
• Duties typically include typing reports, correspondence, copy, answering the phone, and scheduling.

Skills Required

• Intermediate level, typically 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience with SAP and attaching testing documents inside SAP.
• Provides technical/functional and/or administrative support.
• Performs routine tasks.
• Able to solve problems and make basic decisions.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
