Part-Time/Temporary Opportunity! $20-21/hr

Partners Personnel is seeking an administrative assistant for a financial planning service company in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member for assistance.
  • Schedule and confirm client investment and tax appointments
  • Greet clients and make them feel comfortable when they visit the office; offer them drinks
  • Maintain office and kitchen supply levels, ordering more as needed or requested
  • Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and organized, including appropriate literature and making sure we have candy for the candy dish
  • Maintain calendars for the advisors as requested

Basic client service such as:

  • Scanning and I-Doc’ing
  • Updating client addresses
  • Resetting client’s technology passwords
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages
  • Apply postage to outgoing mail – drop outgoing mail and FedEx packages in the dropbox downstairs.
  • Maintain tax prep packages for when investment clients decide to use us for taxes
