Enterprise Software Sales Representative
One of The Sage Groups clients is looking for an Enterprise Software Sales Representatives. Client is a top supplier of manufacturing and warehouse management software to small and midsize businesses.
As an Enterprise Software Sales Representative, your role will be to engage with qualified inbound leads and understand their needs in a thorough and swift manner. Based on the prospects requirements, you will demonstrate the product, provide them with the value proposition of the platform, and move them forward in the sales process. Depending on your findings, you may be required to coordinate follow-up calls with other supporting Product Experts and/or teams. You will play a key role in building the client brand, creating a great customer first impression and experience, and building momentum for the account management team and the company. You are self-motivated, organized and have a meticulous attention to detail regarding customer follow-ups, data tracking, accurate records and documentation of all sales activities and coordination through our CRM.
**Responsibility:**
* Respond to inbound qualified leads
* Clearly communicate clients value propositions to prospects and learn about their needs
* Create and present tailored demonstrations that show how our platform solves our customers problems and increase their efficiency
* Handle objections and negotiate price to get deals on the table and bring them across the finish line
* Achieve/surpass sales target
* Prepare activity and forecast reports
* Update and maintain sales database
* Convey customer needs to account managers and technical support staff
* Work closely with the account management, delivery and customer success teams to develop a client-centric culture
* Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with internal departments and experts to consistently improve clients customer experience
**Experience:**
* Successful track record selling Enterprise/SaaS software, particularly in a recurring revenue model, in an inside or direct sales role
* Demonstrated success in nurturing prospects by responding promptly to inbound qualified leads
* B2B sales expertise, particularly selling to small to mid-sized manufacturing, warehouse and ecommerce businesses.
* Deal and contract negotiation within pre-determined parameters
* Proven track record of hitting and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales goals in a SaaS MRR-based model
**Skills/ knowledge:**
* **5+ years experience in Enterprise Software Sales/SaaS with solid result to back that up**
* **Knowledge of B2B software and the inventory management/manufacturing software ecosystem preferred**
* Knowledge of customer/market research, sales and negotiating principles
* Analytical mindset to utilize data to prioritize leads and adapt sales approach based on customer profiles
* Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce to manage and drive sales, including a track record of providing reliable, up-to-date inputs
* Customer empathy, particularly for small businesses in manufacturing, warehouse and ecommerce.
* Respond promptly to inbound leads, and nurture qualified leads
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Willingness to be coached, desire mentorship, and have a growth mindset
