About this Position:

Job Title: Acquia/Drupal Developer

Description:

• The consultant will work with the state team and undertake duties as an expert level Drupal developer and solutions architect. Operating within a peer-based, collaborative model, the consultant will be responsible for implementing changes, enhancements, fixes, and new functionality, including maintaining and improving the accessibility of the client's website.
• The consultant will lead efforts to migrate custom web applications into Drupal, including documenting solutions and ensuring seamless integration. The work will also include deployment support in the form of code review, code merges, and code deployment.
• The consultant will also assist in maturing the versioning and deployment process utilizing GitHub and Acquia pipelines. The role encompasses supporting and performing Drupal and Acquia core, module, and security updates/releases, utilizing a collaborative peer programming and support model.
• The consultant are expected to provide regular progress updates, proactively address challenges, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and accessible solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Three (3) years or more of Acquia Cloud Platform experience within the last 5 years

2. In the last three (3) years, experience migrating from a non-Drupal based CMS to Aquia Cloud Platform

3. Five (5) years or more of Drupal CMS experience.
