Our client, in the Government sector, is seeking a contract Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to customer service, dedication to professionalism and integrity.

Job Title: Accountant (Affordable Housing) - CONTRACT

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $24.70 per hour

What's the Job? 2-4 month Contract

• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise assigned accounting and financial functions.
• Develop and implement internal departmental accounting procedures.
• Prepare complex journal entries and reconcile general ledger transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and status reports for management.

What's Needed?

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and build partnerships within a team.
• Experience in budget preparation and fiscal management.
• Minimum 4 years experience
