MTS Systems is seeking an entry level Accountant with the following attributes. No previous experience is required.

• High degree of problem solving
• Attention to detail
• Positive team player attitude

Major Areas of Accountability:

• Actively participate in the month-end revenue close process, preparation of journal entries and troubleshooting and resolution of discrepancies.
• Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts.
• Prepare documentation in support of external and internal audits.
• Interact and collaborate cross-functionally for assigned job responsibilities and projects.
• Support internal and external audits and reviews.
• Perform other accounting or analysis projects or duties as requested.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Fundamental knowledge and understanding of U.S. GAAP

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Accounting experience
• Major ERP experience a plus

The pay for this position ranges from $71,000-$89,000 based on education and experience.
