$1,200 Sign-On Bonus

*12-hour shift Rotating Schedule - 

Days 7am-7pm & Nights 7pm-7am

POSITION:

Visually inspects, removes, and packs bags systematically into boxes by performing the following duties to maximize safety, quality, and OEE.

• Use bag-making auxiliary equipment (e.g., Tap Applicator, Bag Separator).
• Follow safety rules and guidelines.
• Report product or machine defects promptly.
• Keep the machine stocked with fitments for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist other departments when the machine is down.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S principles).
• Inspect materials, products, and containers during packaging.
• Pack good products correctly.
• Complete required documentation (hour-by-hour chart, Kaizen newspapers).

Education and Skills:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Ability to work all shifts and overtime.
• Previous quality control experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and math.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and technical specifications.

• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Frequently standing, walking, and sitting.
• Frequently required the use of hands to finger, feel, reach or handle machinery.
• Frequently bend, stoop, and reach.
• Visual Acuity (VA).
