Mason locations for product & customer Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers and vendors to ensure satisfaction Make sure all pick up and deliveries are timely delivered to ensure on time customer's satisfaction Obtain signatures for delivery Resolve customer issues as appropriate Some assistance loading and unloading Communicates with management on vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations and vehicle damage as required per WB Mason policies Completes thorough pre-trip inspection of vehicles, trailers, and cargo and verifies that all documentation for shipments is accurate Follow company safe driving principles Keep accurate records and logs Certifying compliance with relevant DOT federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules and standards Qualifications Education and/or Experience Valid Class A CDL license Minimum of 1 year driving experience with a favorable driving history Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to obtain a DOT medical card Ability to pass pre-employment screens Outstanding customer service and communication skills Must be able to work independently and manage time appropriately to meet deadlines High School diploma or equivalent Must be able to lift at least 100lbs. frequently Minimum Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
